Hey Tiffany that was a really good TIFF Talk! I liked your hook at the beginning, it got my attention and made it relatable. Explaining the context about plants get their nutrients also helped put the rest of your talk in perspective, and your research seemed very thorough. The only wish I have would be to stay focused on plants because of the inquiry question; maybe instead of having the part about how it affects humans, you could go more in detail about how it affects plants. You did a great job!

An additional discussion question for you is: how would the different types of coffee beans or different ways of brewing would affect plants?

I like how clear and concise you were. You spoke slowly and had many visuals, which allowed me to grasp all of the concepts that you explained in the video. I always knew that you could find caffeine in coffee, tea, and energy drinks, but I didn’t know that the list extends on to other food and drink items!
A discussion question I have for you is: Are there any plants that benefit from caffeine more than they lose from it? Does the effect of caffeine depend on the type of plant?
